As Director of Product Management, you will become a transformational force in the evolution of our product portfolio as you unlock the potential of dynamic in-game advertising and drive solutions to help us connect in new ways with our advertiser and developer audiences. Specifically, you will provide direction and vision to an engineering and QA team of close to 20 as you assemble input from both internal and external stakeholders, develop these into new products and product features, write functional-level (not engineer level) specifications, prioritize the development of resources and finally hand off your "blueprint" to our production team in Israel.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3-5 years of product management experience within an advertising technology environment.
- Proven ability to understand and communicate technology and market requirements, lead interactive product development discussions, and translate those discussions into functional requirements.
- Ability to express long-term priorities for product lines (that is, to develop product roadmaps).
- Leadership savvy to marshal resources and rally the team.
- Demonstrated ability to lead an organization through incremental change.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and P&L with the ability to present findings concisely and clearly.
- Basic familiarity with programming.
- Multitasking prowess to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize and complete work within stringent deadlines.

More About Your Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be based out of our San Francisco office but will travel frequently; you will plan on making about four annual trips to Israel to collaborate with our Production team and also make nationwide trips as needed to meet with meet with key clients.
As you can imagine, this is a hit the ground running type of position and after a short "breaking in" period, we'll expect you to accomplish the following goals:
- Drive the evolution of the product portfolio--identifying the optimal mix of revenue-generating advertising and back-end infrastructure and reporting products based on industry trends -- and ensure that they are well received by diverse stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prioritize strategic product development activities with cross-functional teams (that work remotely) and business partners.
- Stay on top of all product design milestones/deadlines and deliver within budgetary constraints.
In general, your responsibilities are to:
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the current product portfolio; recommend improvements and changes to improve product sales and share performance.
- Identify, evaluate and quantify market potential for product/market opportunities to grow sales, share and profit; recommend strategies/plans; facilitate development, review and approve process.
- Direct and facilitate interactive product innovation, development and planning, including research, analysis and related activities among and between various divisions and functional units for improving existing products and launching new products.
- Lead multifunctional project teams including engineering, technical and product development staff
- Monitor competition, customer trends and market conditions and adjust product plans as necessary to attain product performance and share goals.
