Leading a team of three (a research manager and creative director), and part of the Client Services Group, you will oversee both the pre-sales and post-sales efforts, collaborating with the sales executives and Program Management staff as you develop the key advertising accounts for Double Fusion and develop compelling sales packages. Based on your deep understanding of market opportunities, you will identify new clients and partners and make compelling presentations to articulate the Double Fusion "story", foster win-win partnerships and help us create a world-class sales organization.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- 10+ years of advertising sales experience with at least 5 years in interactive/rich media sales.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Proven record of strategic development of Fortune 500 client base.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and ad pricing models.
- The ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
- Innovative out-of-the-box creative ideas that wow advertisers.
- Impeccable communication skills to develop and deliver polished client presentations to C-level executives and agencies.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel & PowerPoint.

More About Your Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Client Services Group, you will be based out of our San Francisco office but will travel frequently; you will plan on making about four annual trips to New York & Chicago to meet with key clients and one international trip to Jerusalem.
As you can imagine, this is a hit the ground running position as a lot of advertisers are putting together their 2009 packages and you'll focus on accomplishing the following objectives during the first year:
- Galvanize the team to attain their sales targets and provide mentorship/training to build a world-class sales force and support teams.
- Develop innovative advertiser-centric marketing and communications campaigns that increase advertiser acquisition and retention month over month.
- Efficiently marshal resources, including all things pertaining to inventory and sales to simplify a complex business and bring viable proposals to market.
Since ours is a start-up environment, some of your key challenges are to define and develop our overall sales development strategy in an undefined, evolving environment. Your specific responsibilities are to:
- Collaborate with different members of the Double Fusion team to achieve revenue goals.
- Present Double Fusions' core value proposition to major advertisers as you engage decision makers at all levels.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges.
- Develop a formal sales plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities.
- Develop winning selling strategies and proposals with your creative director.
- Act as creative lead with your creative director on advertising integrations developed by your efforts.
